Studio Rules

Grip socks

For safety and sanitary reasons, we require all clients to wear non-slip, grip socks during the class. You can bring your own OR purchase in studio. No shoes are required for classes. You will not be allowed to take a class if you do not have grip socks.

Attire

We are a shoes-off studio. When you enter kindly remove your shoes either in the changing rooms or place them in the cubbies by the front desk.

Athletic wear (leggings, tanks, sports bras, etc.) is the appropriate attire for the classes for proper movement.

Water

We offer alkaline water on tap at our Balanced Bar. Feel free to bring your own water bottle or purchase one in studio and fill it as many times as you like!

Pregnancy

By signing our liability waiver upon signing up, you are stating that you are not pregnant and therefore we are not liable. If you are pregnant you MUST let the front desk and/or instructor know so that we can determine if you are fit for the class. You must also bring with you a medical note from your doctor stating that you are allowed to participate in workouts such as pilates, yoga and resistance training. Without the medical note you will not be allowed to participate in the class.


Injury

Phone Policy

Working out is not only great for the body but for the mind too. To encourage you to be in the present and respect the people around you, phones are NOT allowed in the group fitness classes. Take the time for YOU!
