First timers at the studio

Welcome! We are so happy to have you.

  • Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to receive a class demo as well as an introduction to the instructor and the space.

  • If you are signed up for an Xformer or Reformer class, grip socks during class are MANDATORY for safety and sanitary reasons. You can bring your own OR purchase in studio. No shoes are required for classes. You will not be allowed to take a class if you do not have grip socks.

  • We have an alkaline water station if you would like to fill your water bottle.

  • Kindly store your belongings in the changing rooms or cubbies by the entrance, this includes phones, wallets, shoes and jackets.

How do I book a class/session?

To book a session, you need to create an online account. You may then purchase online credits or membership (using a credit card) and book a session at a convenient day and time for you. If you need assistance, you can also book and pay your session directly at the studios.

Do you have monthly memberships?

Yes! We have a variety of memberships to pick from depending on your class preference.

What’s the cancellation policy? What happens if I can’t make it to the class?

We have a strict 12-hour cancelation policy. Our classes are small in size and it impacts other clients and instructors if you late cancel or no show. The same rules apply if you are making a change to your class time. To cancel, just sign into your account and cancel the booking.

You must cancel or change at least 12 hours prior to the class start time or you will lose your class credit. If you have an unlimited membership, we will charge a €25 late charge every time you cancel or reschedule a class without giving the proper 12-hour notice.

Will my spot be given away if i am late to class?

We have a 3-minute grace period, which means that if you are not inside the room within 3 minutes of the class start time, your space may be given to someone who is waiting. Our class sizes are small and we give top priority to the clients who have arrived in studio, on time!

What is the waitlist and how does it work?

•   If a class you’d like to take is full, we highly recommend adding yourself to the waitlist. 

•   In order to do so, you must purchase a class or package. Don’t fret, if you do not get booked into the class, your credit will be returned.

•   If a machine becomes available, you will be automatically added to the class and you will also receive an email confirmation. 

•   All classes have a 12-hour cancellation notice. This means that if you're added to a class from the waitlist at the last minute, please be aware the 12-hour cancellation window still applies. 

•   The waitlist closes 2 hours prior to class start time.

•   If you are not able to take the class, you will need to remove yourself from the waitlist 12 hours in advance of the class. If you are added to the class and fail to remove yourself in time, you will lose the class credit.

Are my purchases refundable or transferable?

All purchases are final, and are not transferrable. Please read our Terms and Conditions carefully.

Do you have locker rooms? Do I need to bring a towel, yoga mat, etc.?

We have lockers with built in, easy-to-use locks in the separate changing rooms, as well as toiletries, hair dryer and showers. You do not need to bring a towel as we provide those for you, but you are welcome to bring your own if you so choose! Yoga mats will also be provided to you for the Mat classes, but you are welcome to bring your own.

Is there parking available?

Yes! There is street parking on the road of the studio (Rua Duque de Palmela).
